The full scope of your requested services will be outlined in your custom Service Agreement before any work begins.
Before we begin, you’ll receive a Service Agreement that includes:
Detailed scope of work
Frequency or schedule
Pricing
Any special requests or instructions
The agreement must be signed (electronically or in person) before your first service appointment.
Payment is due in full before services begin.
We accept [credit cards, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.].
Late payments will incur a 5% fee for each overdue invoice.
Clients are responsible for any processing or collection-related costs.

We understand that plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
1. Cancellation Notice:
To avoid service disruption and ensure fair scheduling, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may be billed in full.
2. Rescheduling:
We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred new date and time based on availability.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee:
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
We will promptly address your concerns and provide any necessary corrections at no additional cost.
2. Refund Eligibility:
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing.
If a refund is approved, processing will be completed within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Fees:
Please be advised that once a service has commenced and been completed, any associated cancellation or service fees are non-refundable.
To ensure smooth service, we ask that clients:
Provide access to the location at the scheduled time.
Safely store fragile or valuable items.
Secure pets (if applicable).
If we arrive and are unable to begin due to access or other client-controlled issues, a trip charge may apply.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with any part of your cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours. We’ll return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.
