You might see "Serge Solution Services LLC" on your formal invoices or bank statements, but it’s still the same Maid-it team you know and trust!
We operate right here in Florida, and our agreement is governed by the friendly laws of our home state.
We want you to feel completely confident when you work with us. While you'll see our Maid-it logo on our uniforms and vehicles, your formal Service Agreements and invoices will be issued under Serge Solution Services LLC. This just ensures everything is handled with the highest level of professional and legal care.
We provide a range of professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:
Commercial Cleaning (offices, Daycare Facilities, banks, Medical centers, Janitorial etc.)
Residential Cleaning
Specialized Services (deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, post-construction, and more)
The full scope of your requested services will be outlined in your custom Service Agreement before any work begins.
Before we begin, you’ll receive a Service Agreement that includes:
Detailed scope of work
Frequency or schedule
Pricing
Any special requests or instructions
The agreement must be signed (electronically or in person) before your first service appointment.
At Maid-it, we strive to make our billing process as simple and transparent as our cleaning!
Payment Timing: Payment is due in full before services begin to secure your spot on our schedule.
Accepted Payment Methods: For your convenience, we accept payments via Zelle, Square, ACH (Bank Transfer), and Check.
Secure Online Payments: To ensure your security, we do not take payments over the phone. Instead, we will send a secure payment link directly to your email or mobile device via text for all online transactions.
Late Payments: To keep our operations running smoothly, late payments will incur a 5% fee for each overdue invoice.
Other Costs: Clients are responsible for any specific processing or collection-related costs associated with their chosen payment method.

We understand that life happens and plans change! To help us keep our schedules organized and our team working steadily, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy.
24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us time to offer that spot to another client.
Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
Same-Day/No-Access Cancellations: If we are unable to access the property upon arrival or the service is cancelled at the door, the Trip Fee (starting at $35 based on location) will apply in addition to any applicable late fees.
How to Cancel: You can reach us via phone, text, or email to make changes to your appointment. We will always send a confirmation once the change has been processed.
1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
At Maid-it, we aren’t happy unless you are! We stand behind our work and want to make sure your space is exactly how you want it.
24-Hour Quality Check: If you aren’t completely happy with our service, please let us know within 24 hours of the completion of your cleaning.
Fixable Cleaning Issues: Our guarantee applies to any missed areas or cleaning tasks that can be resolved through standard professional cleaning methods.
Exclusions: Please note that we cannot be responsible for "fixing" permanent stains, deep scratches, grout discoloration, or other types of permanent wear and tear that are beyond the scope of a professional cleaning service.
The "Make It Right" Promise: We will return to your property at no additional cost to address any cleaning-related concerns, provided they were included in the original scope of work you were invoiced for.
Scope of Work: Corrections apply only to the tasks outlined in your initial agreement. Any new requests or areas outside that scope will be billed as a separate service.
2. Refund Eligibility:
Case-by-Case Basis: Refund requests must be submitted in writing and are handled individually.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Fees: Once a service has commenced and been completed, any associated cancellation or service fees are non-refundable.

We want to make sure every scheduled visit goes off without a hitch! To help us stay on track, please ensure our team has clear access to your property at the scheduled time.
Entry Requirements: Please ensure all alarms are disarmed and keys or entry codes are functional before we arrive.
The "Trip Charge": If our team arrives and is unable to access the property (e.g., locked doors, incorrect codes, or being turned away at the door), a Trip Charge starting at $35 will be applied.
Location-Based Pricing: Please note that the final trip fee may vary based on the location of the property to account for travel time and transportation costs.
Wait Time: Our team will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes while we attempt to contact you. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be considered a "No-Access" visit.
Key & Property Security: While we take the utmost care of your property, Serge Solution Services LLC cannot be held responsible for the security of keys left in "hidden" or unsecured locations (such as under mats or in planters).

At Maid-it, we invest significant time and resources into recruiting and training our professional team members to provide you with the best service possible.
The Agreement: By using our services, you agree not to independently hire, solicit, or contract any current or former employee of Serge Solution Services LLC for private cleaning services during their employment and for a period of one (1) year following the termination of their employment with us.
Referral Fee: We understand that sometimes you may find a team member you simply can’t live without! If you wish to hire a member of our staff directly for your own private use, you agree to pay Serge Solution Services LLC a placement/referral fee of $2,500.
Liquidated Damages: This fee is intended to help us cover the costs of recruiting and training a replacement professional to maintain our high standards of service for our other clients.
